Prelude is the front-end to Premiere Pro CC that handles all tapeless media review, ingest, logging and metadata, and assembling selected clips into a rough-cut for transfer to an editing application, such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro 7.

This short video tutorial illustrates the new hover-scrub feature in Adobe Prelude CC, along with how to mark an In and an Out for a clip that you want to capture (ingest) for using in editing.
