Tutorial Overview
Designed as an introduction to improving image quality in Apple’s Final Cut Pro, Larry Jordan looks at what videographers can do to make their video images look more “filmic.” From planning in pre-production, through production and camera work, to final editing and output, there are decisions that can be made along the way that will significantly improve image quality.
This session provides theories, suggestions, and examples on how to improve video images quality. It does not discuss specific cameras, video formats, or equipment. Also, this video does not discuss color correction.
Audience Level
This tutorial is designed for someone new to the craft of shooting video, is self-taught, or is looking for ways to improve the look of their images.
