I am having trouble logging in.


To log in to your account, click the “Member Login” button in the top right-hand corner of the website.

When logging in, please use your username, not your email address. Using an email address will cause the website to give you an error message.

Your username was sent to you after you first purchased a product or membership with us, in an email with the subject line “Your Account on Larry Jordan.”

How do I download my purchased product?


After you purchase a product with us you should receive an email with the subject line: “Your Account on Larry Jordan.” This email will have your login details so that you can access your account. To access your account, please follow these steps:

1. Go to
2. Click “Member Login” in the top right-hand corner of the page
3. Enter your login details
4. You will be directed to your “My Account” page, where you can download your files

I signed up for the weekly webinar, but I missed it. Can I get a download of the one that I missed?


Larry streams a weekly webinar each Wednesday for free, and then the webinar is packaged into the Store and our Online Training Library.

If you want to watch a webinar once it has passed, you can either purchase it in the Store or become a member of our Online Training Library.

The Online Training Library gives you the option to stream ALL of Larry’s training online (no downloads) for a low monthly price. Any training that Larry has ever created is available in the Training Library.

I am having trouble opening a zip file on a Windows computer. Can you help?


If you are experiencing trouble opening the zip file using Windows, you have two options:

1. Move the Zip file to a Mac, double-click to decompress, then move the movies back to your Windows system – a thumb drive will work for this.

2. Read this Windows Knowledgebase article:

If I am a subscriber, can I download video training to my computer?


No. Subscription is streaming only and does not allow downloads. If you would like to have a downloadable version of any of the training, it is available for purchase in our store. However, if you are a Premium or Professional member, you are able to download one webinar per month at no additional cost.

I want to edit my payment methods but I don’t know how.


After you log in to your account, you can see your Payment Methods on the My Account page. They are located at at the bottom of the page. You have the option to “Make Default,” “Delete,” or “Add New Payment Method.”
