DESCRIPTION

With the possible exception of media management in Final Cut Pro X, nothing creates more questions than working with still images. In this in-depth video training session, we wade into the quagmire and show you how to import, manage, and edit still images in Final Cut Pro X.

The key thing to keep in mind is that FCP X is a video editor; so it expects still images to be sized like video images.

In this session, you’ll learn how Final Cut Pro X handles different image formats, how to properly size and import images, how to adjust images to fill the frame, how to edit an image montage, how to create a “Ken Burns Effect,” and answer a host of other stills-related questions.
