SESSION DESCRIPTION
Almost all of us are familiar with Adobe Photoshop. But there are other high-quality image editing programs on the Mac. One of them is Affinity Photo, published by Serif. Based in Nottingham, England, they released their first software in 1987. The Affinity series of products was first released in 2014.
In this session, Larry Jordan leads a detailed exploration of Affinity Photo and compares it to Adobe Photoshop. His perspective is that of video editors looking to edit, composite and repair still images.

Photo, like Photoshop, is a vast program. This session provides a good idea of the similarities and differences between the two programs and how well Photo will fit into your own workflow.
